The Living Kitchen

My passion for fermented foods and drinks began with my studies at The School of Natural Medicine, UK. I started making fermented products as a way to improve my health and that of my family but it soon led to friends asking me to make them products and it naturally grew form there into a little business which I call ‘The Living Kitchen'.

Small amounts of fermented foods daily is key to keeping your gut microbiome balanced and in turn helping support your immune system.

There is nothing more satisfying than brewing your own kombucha. I offer group and

individual workshops and I have SCOBYs for sale which come with detailed instructions.
